Return / Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from GeniusEshop.com, you can return the product with the original receipt or invoice within 30 days of the invoice date. You may exchange the product or receive a full refund of the unit price. You MUST contact GeniusEshop first to obtain a case number prior the return. Items must be in new condition, with the original box, packaging, manuals, CDs, accessories, and UPC code. GeniusEshop.com will not accept the return of any item if the serial number label has been removed from the packaging.

Returns on purchases made with a credit card will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of sale. If your packing slip is missing or you're not clear on the return policy, please call our toll free customer service number 1-800-756-4115 for clarification before attempting to return a product. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and must be in the original, undamaged packaging. Refunds or credits do not include original shipping and handling charges.

Warranty Policy

KYE values your business and always attempts to provide you with the best customer service. The products that cannot function in normal operation during the warranty period (the warranty commences one year from the date of purchase with the proven invoice) are eligible for a limited warranty.

KYE does not hold any liability for any product returned if KYE determines that product is:


  • result of an accident, altered, and/or physical damaged.
  • attributable to misuse, improper installation, alteration, mishandling.
  • not sold to you as brand new.
  • missing serial number label.
  • repaired, modified or altered and the result causes or contributes to any defect or damage.

The product has to be returned with all of its accessories (including cables, CDs, manuals, rechargeable batteries, charger etc), otherwise, it will be returned with the same conditions that were received by KYE. KYE shall have a reasonable time after determining that a defective product exists to repair or replace a defective product. If the product cannot be fixed within 15 business days, the customer will receive a replacement unit of the same product. Otherwise, an equivalent product or free upgrade of this product will be distributed. Products within the limited warranty period are covered for parts and labor fee.

RMA Policy

No product may be returned directly to KYE without first contacting KYE for a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA). Please contact the RMA department to obtain an RMA number and detailed return instructions. Issued RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. An unauthorized return (without an RMA number) will be scrapped or returned to you at your expense. Authorized returns are to be shipped prepaid and insured to the address on the RMA form and enclose a copy of the original invoice in the packaging.
